Because The Pass Key is built on a strict Zero-Knowledge, Browser-Only Architecture, we never have access to any password, numeric PIN, or multi-word passphrase you generate or test on our website. For your own protection:
- Never include real passwords, PINs, passphrases, recovery codes, or seed phrases in any email or support message sent to us or to any other service.
- We cannot recover lost passwords: Because our Password Generator, Passphrase Generator, and PIN Generator run 100% locally in volatile browser memory using
window.crypto.getRandomValues()without storing anything on a server, once you close your browser tab, an unsaved password cannot be retrieved by anyone. - Describe technical issues safely: If you are reporting a layout bug or browser compatibility issue, simply include your operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android), browser name and version, and the URL path where the issue occurred.
